A "Declined Transaction" means that your creditor is declining the purchase. In some cases, we have reasons why the transaction was declined. For example, a transaction was declined for insufficient funds (NSF), being over the credit card limit, or security reasons.
If you have questions regarding declined transactions, please submit a support ticket through the merchant portal at https://merchant.paycafe.com/login.
