PayCafe will notify a merchant as soon as we receive a chargeback notification. The disputed amount, plus a chargeback fee will be debited from the merchant's settlement for the same calendar day.
If a Chargeback is won, PayCafe will confirm that the chargeback has been won and funds will be added to the merchant's next settlement.
