In this section, can update your physical mailing address. For our merchant security some changes will require additional steps to complete. For example, an address change will require a postcard be sent to your address with a unique pin code.
To edit your account details, please follow the simple steps below.
Step 1 - Login into Merchant Portal at www.paycafe.com/login/
Step 2 - To the top right hand corner, place cursor over ACCOUNT MENU
Step 3- Click on PROFILE
Step 3 - Under Address Details, enter in your new physical address
Step 4: Click on Save Changes for each section you update (excluding phone details)
Step 5: A postcard will be sent to the physical address on file for verification purposes. Once you receive your 4-digit pin code, you are required to enter your 4-digit pin code in merchant portal.
Step 6: Once you have entered in your 4-digit pin code, and PayCafe accepts the code entered. Your physical address will be updated.
Sidenote: If you do not click on Save Changes, your updates will not be saved.
