For our merchant security, some changes will require additional steps to complete. For example, an address change will require a postcard to be sent to your address with a unique pin code. It typically takes 7-10 days for our postcard to be delivered.
Step 1: Login into the Merchant Portal at www.paycafe.com/login/Step 2: At the top right-hand corner, place cursor over Account Menu
Step 3: Click on Profile
Step 4: Enter your new address and click on Save Address Changes
Side note: Step 5 will be completed once you receive your pin code. It typically takes 7-10 days for our postcard to be delivered.
Step 5: Log in to the merchant portal and enter your pin code to validate your new address.
