Below are instructions on how to view order details for your customers in the merchant portal.
To access Orders, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Log into Merchant Portal at www.paycafe.com/login/
Step 2: To the left is our Dashboard sidebar, click ORDERS
Step 3: Dropdown menu, click on LIST
Step 4: To search for an order, you can search by date
Step 5: A list of orders will be shown for that specific date.
Step 6: Order details will be included
Note: In the example below, the customers' name was whited out for security purposes. Normally, you would see the customer's name when retrieving order details.
