How do I update my phone number?
Below are instructions on how to update your merchant profile phone number. Please be aware a validation code will be sent via text message to your new phone number for verification purposes.
Step 1: Log into Merchant Portal https://merchant.paycafe.com/login
Step 2: To the top right-hand corner, place cursor over ACCOUNT MENU
Step 3: Click on PROFILE
Step 4: Under ACCOUNT DETAILS, enter in new merchant profile phone number
Step 5: Click SAVE CHANGES
Step 6: Validation code will be sent by text to the new phone number
Step 5: Enter the validation code in the field provided
Step 6: Click on SUBMIT
Step 7: Once the validation code has been accepted, your phone number will be updated.
