Client Area Password
If you have forgotten your password to the Client Area, please follow our instructions below.
Step 1: Log in to Client Area at www.paycafe/clientarea/login
Step 2: Click on FORGOT PASSWORD or RECOVER MY PASSWORD
Step 3: Enter in your email address
Step 4: For security purposes, please enter in one of the following;
- Last 4 of Credit Card
- Client ID/Client Number
- Invoice ID/Invoice Number
Step 4: Check CAPTCHA box “I’M NOT A ROBOT"
Step 5: Click on SEND RECOVERY LINK
Step 6: Retrieve email with a recovery link
Step 7: Create a new password
