Creating Support Tickets
Below are instructions on how to submit a support ticket in the Client Area.
Step 1: Log in to Client Area at www.paycafe/clientarea/login
Step 2: Place cursor over the HELP tab
Step 3: Click on SUBMIT A SUPPORT TICKET
Step 4: Select Department
- Billing Support
- General Support
Step 5: Select a PRODUCT or SERVICE
Step 6: Add a SUBJECT TITLE
Step 7: Write a description of your inquiry or you can add questions
Step 8: Click on SUBMIT
