The sales funnel refers to the buying process/funnel that companies lead customers through when purchasing products. You can create an upsell and downsell experience. Guiding your customers through a sales funnel can help you increase your revenue by selling additional complementary products/services.
This feature can offer a series of upsells and downsells during the most crucial part of your sales funnel, ultimately helping you sell more and make more revenue.
This procedure provides instructions on how to set up your sales funnels.
Step 1: Log into Merchant Portal here >> https://merchant.paycafe.com/login
Step 2: Place your cursor over CONFIGURE CHECKOUT
Step 3: Click on SALES FUNNELS in the dropdown menu
Step 4: Above the search field box, click on ADD NEW SALES FUNNEL
Step 5: Create a name for your sales funnel, and enter the name in the FUNNEL NAME field
NOTE: Creating a unique sales funnel title helps you keep track of sales and marketing activities. This can also add to build a robust funnel to help increase sales and make more money.
Step 5: Click on the SELECT PRIMARY PRODUCT. This product will be offered initially to your customers through the PayCafe checkout. For testing purposes, we selected the product T-shirt.
Step 6: The name of your item/product will appear beside the Product Title
Step 7: Once you have selected your primary product, you will need to setup your funnel steps. We will explain how to setup your first funnel step. You may replicate the process up to 3 funnel steps.
Step 7.1: Choose your first UPSELL page product. This will be the product that you wish to offer as an upsell to your customers after they purchase the primary product.
Step 7.2: Enter the website address ("URL") to the page that will host your first UPSELL sales page. This page must be hosted on the domain name which you activated with PayCafe. If you wish to host the page on a different domain name, please contact PayCafe staff.
Step 7.3: Choose your first DOWNSELL page product. This will be the product that you wish to offer yoru customers if they decline the first UPSELL.
Step 7.4: Enter the website address ("URL") to the page that will host your first DOWNSELL sales page. This page must be hosted on the domain name which you activated with PayCafe. If you wish to host the page on a different domain name, please contact PayCafe staff.
Step 8: Once you have completed these steps, save the page.
