Uploading and Adding your Indemnity Conformation
In the section, you will be asked to verify your identity by providing a copy of your Government ID and bank documentation.
Step 7: Government ID click on the VERIFY NOW button
Step 7.1: A window will be displayed that will allow you to upload a photocopy (PDF only) of a government-issued Identification Card. (i.e. US Driver's License, Identification Card or a Passport)
Sidenote: Your government-issued identification card, US driver's license, and or passport will need to be current and not expired.
Step 7.2: Click on CHOOSE FILE
Step 7.3: After you have chosen your file, click on SUBMIT
Step 8: BANK DETAILS click on the VERIFY NOW button
Step 8.1) A window will be displayed that will give you two options to either connect to your bank account. Or, manually enter your bank details.
Option A: Connect to your bank account
What is Plaid?
PayCafe uses Plaid bank account verification services to secure and privately verify and connect your bank information to our platform. Plaid uses bank-grade security and NEVER exposes your bank login details to PayCafe.
Your bank details remain private information that only you and your bank share. In addition, using the automatic verification will help reduce the time for activation, as well as other limitations on your account.
Step 1 for Option A) Click on Agree
Step 2 for Option A) Find your bank, and click on your bank's name
Sidenote: If you do not see your bank's name, you can always use our search field to locate your bank. If you cannot find your bank, we recommend that you opt-out of auto-verification and manually submit your bank information. Please see the bank details screenshot above for reference.
Step 3 for Option A) Log into your bank account using your USER ID and PASSWORD.
Click on Submit.
Sidenote: We used Chase Bank as an example.
Step 4 for Option A) Once you have successfully logged into your bank account, you will see a message stating you have logged in.
Option B: Manually Enter your Bank Information
Step 1 for Option B) Click on OPT OUT OF AUTO- VERIFICATION
Step 2 for Option B) Enter your Routing Number and Bank Account Number. Or uploading a copy of a voided check and or a bank letter that has your routing and account number.
Routing Number: Your routing number identifies the location where your account was opened. Your bank routing number is a nine-digit code that's based on the U.S. Bank location where your account was opened. It's the first set of numbers printed on the bottom of your checks, on the left side
Account Number: Your account number (usually 10-12 digits) is specific to your personal account. It's the second set of numbers printed on the bottom of your checks, just to the right of the bank routing number. You can also find your account number on your monthly statement.

Step 3 Option B) After you have entered the required information click on SUBMIT FOR MANUAL REVIEW
Sidenote: Pending status will appear if you submit bank information for manual review
