Entering in your Contact Methods
In this section, you will verify all the contact information you have provided during the account verification process.
During the contact methods verification process, you will be sent pin codes by text message and email. Please have access to your email and your cell phone and or landline.
For each Contact Method, you will click on VERIFY NOW. If you use the same phone number or email address, our system will automatically verify that contact method. You will not be asked to re-verify contact methods using the same phone number or email address.
Step 1: Business Phone Number: Click on the VERIFY NOW button
Step 1.1: A popup window will open asking you to verify your business phone number.
Step 1.2: You have the option to verify your business phone number by text message or an automated phone call. Both will provide you with a 4-digit pin code.
Step 1.3: Click on REQUEST AUTOMATED PIN
Step 1.4: A second window will be displayed requiring a pin code to be entered in the PIN box.
Enter your pin code and click on VERIFY.

Step 1.5: After you have verified your business phone number, a third window will be displayed. Click on CLOSE.
Step 2: Business Email Address: Click on the VERIFY NOW button
Sidenote: It does not matter who your email provider is, as long as your email address is an active email address.
Your pin code will be sent from support@paycafe.com . Please make sure you check your spam folder if you do not receive our email in your inbox.
Step 2.1: A window will be displayed asking to verify your business email address. Click on SEND PIN

Step 2.2: Enter the 6-digit pin code and click on the SUBMIT button

Step 2.4: A third window will appear after you have verified your business email address.
Click on Close.
Step 3: Verify your Customer Service Phone Number
Repeat steps 1 - 1.5 for business phone number verification
Step 4: Verify your Customer Service email address
Repeat steps 2 - 2.4 for business email address verification
Step 5: Owners Email Address: Click on the VERIFY NOW button

Step 5.2: An email will be sent with your pin code.
Step 5.3: Enter in your pin code
Step 5.4: Click on Submit
Step 5.5: A third window will appear after you have verified the owner’s email address.
Click on Close.
Step 6: After you have verified all methods of contact, all fields should be in green.
