Email Log
All emails sent by PayCafe, except for support tickets, regarding your account will be stored in this section. You will have access to monitor and view all emails.
Step 1: Log into the Merchant Portal at https://merchant.paycafe.com/loginStep 2: To the top right-hand corner, place cursor over ACCOUNT MENU
Step 3: Click on Email Log
Step 4: Your emails will be displayed from newest to oldest
If you have questions or need assistance with reviewing an email, please submit a support ticket through the merchant portal at https://merchant.paycafe.com/login.
