If you are a PayCafe merchant that has forgotten your password to the merchant portal. You can reset your password directly on our login page. Please follow our instructions below.
Step 1: Log into Merchant Portal at www.paycafe.com/login/Step 2: Click on Forgot Password
Step 3: Enter your Email Address
Step 5: Click on Reset Password
Step 6: An email will be sent to the email address on file. Retrieve email sent.
Step 7: Click on the recovery link to create a new password
Step 8: Create a New Password
Step 9: Once you create a new password, you will have access to the merchant portal. If you have questions or need assistance with accessing our merchant portal, please contact our merchant support department at 833.729.2233. Or, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
